Let’s talk about Steaks!!!

Those of you that know me know, I’m a steak freak!! Have been my whole life, and I can’t imagine that ever changing! Having been watching my weight recently, I’ve only had two actual steaks since February! And I hadn’t had once since the awesome Prime Rib I cooked for the wife and kids until I discovered these bad boys just in time for a visit from my “brotha from anotha moths”, The legendary Chris Nelson!!
